I am currently in my early 20's, I am 4ft11. I started this diet in Aprl '11 and weighed 118 pounds.
On the 30th of July '11 I weighed 106 pounds (after two holidays abroad!)
As of March 2013 I am averaging 93lbs, diet free and not only maintaining but toning and gaining muscle and strength.
